Pulali Point is on Hood Canal, Dabob Bay, Olympic Peninsula in Washington State

June 3, 2010, DABOB BAY -- A final plan for the expansion of three underwater test ranges -- on Dabob Bay and Hood Canal, and off the Olympic Coast from Kalaloch southward in West Jefferson County -- is available for public comment. The Navy will use the areas to test unmanned underwater vehicles. See Peninsula Daily News story

"There are three different dive sites at Pulali. The West wall is my favorite with the South fingers my second favorite. Nice Rock Structure with many nooks and crannies to explore. Lots of Octopus and sunning harbor seals." See Pacific Adventure.
